Received Bill?

I run NetSuite for two different companies, one is new and one has had NS for several years. The new one has "Received Bill?" (check box) field on the bill transaction. But the old NS companye doesn't, and I cannot find it in the old NS to add to the bill transaction. Can anyone else see thig cool feature and know how to add it if you can't see it?

I got all excited to add it to the old company and now I can't
