Record Customer Deposits

Is the Record Customer Deposits screen linked to one of the Custom Forms like Payment Receipt?  I need to add a custom field to the header of the Record Customer Deposits screen (the account number stored in a custom field) so I can make sure we've pulled-up the correct customer, since the lookup is alpha search by customer name only.
