Customize Customer Refund Form? Can I?
We refund from a credit memo by check quite a bit. On the Customer Refund form (not the Cash Refund Form) there is no Customize button. Also, I can see no way to change the form that appears when the refund button is pressed from a Credit Memo.
The issue we are having is that the Charge Credit Card box is always checked on the Customer Refund form resulting in a credit card refund. We then have to manually void these in Payflow. A major pain when you have to do this every day.
Why can´t I customize this form?? Or at least use the other refund form?
