Error when attempting to Revaluate Payables

We are having a problem when we try and revaluate our foreign currency payables. We can preview the adjustment but when we try to submit it we get an unexpected error. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have suggestions as to how I might find out what is causing the error (Netsuite case #586698 still Not Started)?
