Extremely Slow Performance on Large PO Bills

edited Dec 23, 2019 11:02PM in Accounting / ERP 9 comments

Hi,

Netsuite is so far performing adequately for us with the exception of at least one area.

We used to use (in our old system) Blanket Purchase Orders that would basically be a large Purchase Order of >100 lines that would suffice for a 12 month period.

All we did in Netsuite is recreate these as standard POs and receive in bits as they are supplied (eg. the PO shows 1200 for a line item, and we receive 100 per month).  Similarly, we pay each month for what we have received (and been billed for) for that month.

The problem is that with a 100 line Purchase Order, to go through each line of the PO to set up a bill to match what the Vendor has billed us, takes up to 60 seconds PER LINE for things to respond.  It's not PC-based, as it has the same speed no matter which PC is used, and every other transaction is perfectly normal.

Howdy, Stranger!
