Off-setting invoices and bills for net amount

We have several entities that are both vendors and clients to us, as a result, there is a net amount own one way or another, which is what needs to be paid.  How do we record the net amount transaction and at the same time close out all invoices and bills in NetSuite without having specific payments against them?
