Defaulting to Custom Pricve Level
Not sure if I'm in the right section here, but I'll give it a shot.
When we enter estimates into the system, the vast majority of our item prices are defined at that time (customized). There is a rate card, but nobody ever pays the rate card value so our reps always have to adjust the price. To do this they need to select the drop down, change it to "custom", and then make the pricing change. I am trying to find a way to make "Custom" the default value in the price level field. Is this possible? I assumed I could go into the customer record and set it there on the Financial tab,
