How to link NS to your already existing MetaVante account

We recently joined netsuite and since our QIP person was useless, am hoping someone can help here - I wanted to use the Netsuite/Metavante (Paytrust) integration.

However, we already have an existing account with metavante (for years) and yet there is no option to simply link our netsuite account with our existing metavante account.

I went ahead and filled out the form in netsuite, but that just generated an autoreply requesting I get a signed bank letter, etc. which we already did years ago.

I can't imagine we are the only company that already had an existing metavante account before buying into netsuite?
