Accounting periods "auto" opening
Beginning last week, we began having closed accounting periods mysteriously open back several months. Of course, if they are open, someone is bound to enter a vendor invoice or an expense report into the old period (supposed to be closed). Is anyone else experiencing this? Could it have something to do with Sales Orders from old periods and generating invoices from them for the current period?
We have access to Setup/Manage Accounting Periods only available to the administrator role...so, i'm confident that users are not reopening them intentionally.
