Discount not showing up on income statment

We are new to Netsuite.  We have 2 locations and have a income statements for each location.  Both sales discounts and purchase discounts are not showing up on each income statement.  If I fun a income statement for "No Location" both discounts show up here. 
Is it possible for me to change future discounts to show up per location?
