Customer Statements...

Has anyone else had customers confused over their statements???  See the request below that was sent to NS as an enhancement.  Hopefully they fix it up a bit.


When pulling up a customers statement that shows open invoices only, it would be nice to be able to just see the balance owing on an invoice not the entire amount of the invoice. It is reflected in the total balance owing column but in the charge column it shows the full amount of the invoice even if a portion of the invoice has been paid. It can be a bit confusing for our customers.
