AP Bill Approvals

We currently dont use any of the approval routings in NetSuite and rely on a manual signature on an invoice before payment.

We would like to track the approval or non-approval of a Bill in NetSuite and thus reduce the risk on paying something not approved.

Has anyone any experience of managing to do this?
