Payroll not calculating 2008 tax updates properly.

Can someone look at this ASAP.  The impact could be fairly large.  We did a payroll run and just found out that for example OR, Lane Transit District Tax  - was at .0062 and is now .0064 - and its not been updated - nor can you edit it.  

I would have thought someone would have updated the payroll tax tables - no ?.  Please check into this asap.
