There is a variable embedded in the PayPal payment code that prohibits a customer from successfully paying via PayPal if the shipping address is different from the billing address.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?  I have contacted NetSuite requesting they remove this variable, but to no avail.  Our business revolves around dropshipping and now we can no longer accept any PayPal orders.
