HELP!!?? Vacation (PTO) accrual

Can anyone tell me how to report the totals on the vacation accrual field?  Does this field have a source id?  I need to create a report for my auditors showing Name, rate, accrual qty and total and I can't even locate the field to report on it!!!!!

This has been a problem for years. 

Is Netsuite ever going to take this one and move on it?

I have searched prior threads on this and cannot come up with anything. 

The buckets are there so why can't we access them for reporting?:(
