Inactive Customer allowed to have transactions
I'm just curious if anyone else is having this problem. We periodically inactivate customers who haven't ordered in a specified amount of time. You would think that the inactive status would cause the system to throw a red flag up when someone was trying to enter a new sales order right? Wrong... This is really frustrating to me, because we have had quite a few orders entered on inactive customer records. The only time the system even acknowledges that the customer's status is inactive is when you go to apply a payment towards the invoice that was created from the
