Statement period not including transactions made on statement date

We were updated to 2008.1 this weekend.

Today, as usual, we were invoicing and generating statements.

Prior to this upgrade, a statement with a date of 2008-03-10 (today), would have included transactions made on 2008-03-10.

Since the upgrade, the statement doesn't include transactions made on the statement date. So, to get the transaction from today, I need to generate a statement which includes tomorrow.

I don't recall seeing this in the release notes. Is anyone else seeing this? I consider it a bug.
