Bills/GL Impact

Hi,

My 'GL Impact' not picking any value for location after July 07.Can anybody help me,its important?Am i missing some thing or any changes in the system.

It look something like that.....

Account  Amount (Debit) Amount (Credit) Memo Name Department Service Type Location
5005 Sundry Creditors   XXXXXXX  XXXXXXX  
6022 Consultancy charges XXXXXXX   PR Consultancy for the month of June 07 ( 3.5 days @350/day)   
6065 Office Supplies / Services XXXXXXX   Telecoms & Office charges @5% on consultancy fees
