Billable expenses on invoices

Just recently we've seen a change on invoices that have items and billable expenses. These invoices used to show on the transaction screen and when printing, the item first and then the billable expenses, now it is showing the opposite. This is not the greatest looking invoice to be send to our customers. Is anyone else having this issue or know of a case reported?
