Print customized statement does not work

Hi.

We have created some customized Statements.

When we are in Customer --> Print Statement we sometimes want to use our customized Statement and sometime the standard statement.

This use to work, in the form we could choose which form to use.
This does not work anymore. Does not matter what form we choose, netsuite uses the one that is prefered in Transaction Forms.

Has anyone else experienced this problem.
