Prepaid vendor with credit card

We issue a PO to a vendor but then we also pay with a credit card at the same time.  Now I have the bill showing still owing in Netsuite.  So now I receive the credit card bill, how do I pay the credit card company without having to cut a seperate check and manually change the vendors name to the credit card company?
