Statements not showing Payment amount
Hello,
When attach statements inline as HTML to emails sent to customers, the statements accurately reflect the amounts in the Charges and Balance columns of prior invoices, however the Payment column is blank.
In other words, it could read:
Date, Description, Phone Number, Charge, Payment, Balance
9/1/2008, Invoice #123456789, <blank>, 1000.00, <blank>, $22.48
Is there any way to get it to show the missing Payment info?
