Printing on blank check stock?

Hi-
We need to print checks for 25+ different banking accounts, and would rather not maintain 25+ different check stocks with pre-printed bank account numbers. Does anyone know check printing software that would print the bank account/check # MICR line and bank info so that we could use balnk check stock? I'm not sure how to get the data from Netsuite to the software.

I searched through this forum and saw a reference to PrintBoss, but apparently you have to use ODBC to extract the data from Netsuite, and I'm not really savvy in this.
