Quantity Pricing for Item Purchase Prices

Does anyone know how to turn on Quantity Pricing for Item Purchase Prices?

We have Quantity Pricing working fine for selling prices, but we need the same feature on the Vendor pricing side...

Quantity price breaks and also optional Vendor Pricing Schedule that only applies to the Purchase Price(s).

Pricing Schedule must be different for Purchase Pricing than what is used for Customer Prices.
