Why is writing a collection template a challenge in 2009
You read the help section of NS and it tells you creating a collection template is just as easy as inserting a few fields in the template.
Well, in 2009, it is a challenge even for support staff.
Questions about templates are supposed to be handled by Administration support. But if the field does not function right, then the CRM support needs to get involved.
There are so many shortcomings for creating a damn template that the best way to deal with it is just forgetting it.
Support do not know how to deal with the tags if the customers has a parent relationship. They do know how to deal with a customer if they have more than one invoice. and so on.
