Linking Customer fields to Memorized Transaction Search

We are a subscription based phone messaging service. We have an 'Auto-Renewal' payment feature, and we are currently using Memorized Transactions to do the recurring billing. Our process is still partially manual, where somebody has to confirm each memorized transaction processed OK, and then change the customer's Service/Expiration date through our website Admin panel.

I am trying to come up with more efficient ways to help our Billing staff handle the 1400 customers that are currently using the Auto-Renew feature.

On of the things I am trying to accomplish is a series of Saved Memorized Transactions Searches that link to custom fields from Customer records.
