Memorized Transaction that doesn't exist

I've got a problem with a memorized transaction that keeps occurring on the 18th of the month, but it doesn't appear in the list of memorized transactions.

One customer has two transactions. The first one is on the 17th, and is the correct amount and schedule. Then, one day later, a second one appears. It is the wrong amount. I remember creating it originally, but it does not appear.

The System Notes on both transactions show that they -System- is creating the transactions.

How can I get rid of this phantom memorized transaction? In the meantime I have deleted the correct one so that at least there's only one.
