Purchase Orders - Close Button Missing
We have customized a PO form and for some reason there is not a Close Button option now.
Any thoughts on why this is? Or how to get one?

(Some Background)
We purchase equipment from customers, but need to have a 'Purchase Quote' that they need to accept/sign. Rather than build a quote (which is sales driven), we have altered a custom PO form to streamline the process and tie the 'purchage quote' to the Customer's vendor record.
When they accept the offer, we just click a checkbox and it shows up on the Receiving dept's dashboard.
If an offer is not accepted, we want to be able to close it (vs delete) so we can keep the historical record of amounts offered.
