Applying multiple bills to a PO

Hi!

Is there a way to apply multiple bills against a single PO that we issued.  For example, we issue a PO to a vendor for $100K, but we receive a 2 bills from them each being $50K.  When I go to enter this bill against the PO, it doesn't allow me to split it.  Is there another way to achieve this?
