Sales Tax - Home Rule - Illinois
We are trying to lock in our sales to customers in the state of Illinois to the "home rule" sales tax rate. While this often works, periodically the automatic sales tax selected by NetSuite will revert back to that determined by customer location.
To be clear, we sell in other states and need to charge varying local sales taxes, so we cannot change a global setting.
We considering clearing out the Illinois table, but when that updates would expect to see that restored.
Have opened tickets and resolved temporarily, but problem comes back.
Great thoughts would be appreciated.
