Unable to see "Transactions" tab in customer forum
I need a department to be able to see customer transaction history in the Transaction tab located by User and system notes. So far the transaction bad in not visable. I can't figure out what is controlling this feature.
The obvious: YES the check box next to Transactions is checked in the departments customized entry forum. And YES this entry forum is preferred.
Any Ideas?
