Pre-populating location field for location specific invoices

We use different invoice forms for each of our locations, Australia, New Zealand and UK. Can anyone help me with how to have the location automatically pre-populating according to the form selected.
e.g. New Zealand invoice selected. Location=New Zealand. At the moment the drop down list is blank for all forms.
