Re-allocate partial revenue to payables account

We invoice service items and the amount the vendors (partners) receive in commission is determined by the percentage entered at the time of invoicing. We need to allocate this amount to a payables account when the invoice is entered rather than wait until the end of each month when we enter all their purchase bills in one go. Is there a way to do this?
