Yet Another VAT Issue

I post my UK VAT issues on here in order that other users can check potential defects in their system and avoid filing errors.

We have a repeat of a defect that was fixed 18 months ago. 

When bulk fulfilling and bulk billing orders that have settlement discount in the terms the VAT is incorrectly calculated. 

I suggest other users check.
