Editing Billable Time during Invoice creation

Currently our employees enter their billable time through Time Tracking.

When accounting goes to create the invoice for the customer they occasionally need to edit what the employee has entered in Time Tracking. Inside the "create an invoice" on the billable time subtab accounting is only able to edit the rate and description (memo), but they need to be able to edit the class and department as well.

Is there any way to make these edits while in the invoice....or will accounting always have to go back to the Time Tracking entry and edit there?
