A/R Report

I want to create a search report of customers who have not made a payment 4 days after the date of installation (this is a custom date field).
The report will be ran daily.
I think I'm on right track but I am not getting any results. This could be because no one fits the criteria. 
But I thought I would get input from others to see if I'm on the right track.
