Invoice e-mailed to incorrect address
We have several memorized transactions that are set up to automatically send invoices via e-mail at an assigned frequency. We have had several complaints, because even if the message tab on the memorized transactions is checked to send to johndoe@123.com, the invoice gets sent to the main e-mail on the general page of the customer record, which may be janesmith@123.com. As a result, we have to put those memorized transactions on 'remind' and manually enter those invoices. When we do this, it gets sent to the correct e-mail. Netsuite says that there is no way to prove that we had the proper e-mail checked, so they can't find a problem! Frustrating. Can anyone help?
