Some Credit memo's missing in Forecast vs Quota Reports

Hi,

I checked the Forecast vs. Quota by Business Unit report and clicked on a specific Business unit to see the details. I also created a Saved Search which basically shows all the invoices and credit memo's for a particular Business Unit.

I saw that there were a few Credit memo's that were not included in the Report. Items on the credit memo's were mostly Discount items. What could be possible reasons why these are excluded?
