Custom Field showing all contacts for a customer

I want to have a custom field on my Sales Order, where I can pick any contact associated with the customer.

Playing around with the various sourcing and filtering options, I've been unable to see all contacts.

We have contacts who are associated with more than one customer. And I can only get the selection list to show contacts who have the customer as their primary entity.

Contact A belongs to customer 1 and 2, 1 is their primary association.

I currently have

filter using: Parent
Compare to field: customer
