Balance Sheet and A/R Aging Disagree

Hello,

I've noticed a problem where certain transactions dealing with vendors or employees that impact A/R accounts don't reflect on the aging report. This causes the A/R aging report to not match the balance sheet. Sounds like a bug to me, but Netsuite has filed it under an Enhancement Request #153610.

Fine, but the numbers don't match and Netsuite hasn't told me any workaround. Does anybody know a way to make the two match again via some type of workaround? This is driving me nuts, not to mention that our accountant is upset about the discrepancies.
