I have a company who was an automated system that scans in all invoices and credits and the computer decides if it is a credit or a debit based on whether or not there is a - before the number.  Is there a way to make a credit memos total look like this?  (-100.00)?  I sent them a credit memo and it got entered as an invoice, so now they want me to issue two new credit memos to clear out the two invoices that shouldn't be in their system!  Crazy.
