"Close Order" button MIA on some roles

Some of our users' roles no longer see the 'Close Order' Button on Sales Orders, but for other roles this button is still there. I've cross referenced several roles in terms of their differences, and I can't see a permission that would be restricting that button.

Does anyone have an idea?
