Contract Renewals Module

Hi

We have had the contract renewals module installed for some time but are having some difficulty using all of the functionality.  Can anyone help with the following:

1. Not all contracts are showing contract items and we are unsure why
2. We would like to be able to name our contracts as some customers have several contracts and it is difficult to identify which ones we may need to downsell or upsell from.  Is this possible?
3. How can we set up reminders to ensure that we bill all outstanding revenue on time (we have used memorised invoices in the past but understand this is not possible under contract renewals)
