Vendor Bill & Invoice Import

Hi

We have cut over to NetSuite financials this new financial year and are wanting to import Vendor Bills (no expense data) and Invoices. Does anyone have a csv file they are prepared to share or list the fields required?

I am also a little unsure of the intention of the External ID field.
