Recurring Account Payables

Is there a way to set up recurring transactions that can be approved via an accounting methodology.  EX. We have a bill we receive monthly on roughly the same date and it is always the same. It would be nice not to have to enter it manually and just adjust the bill slightly to relfect the accurate date.  Also, this is a bill that is paid via a company CC.

Possible? Probable? Plausible?
