How to change periods in the "Ageing" Section of the PDF layout of Statements

In our default "Statement" PDF layout the "Ageing" element displays in the following periods:
[LIST]
[*]Current
[*]1-30 Days
[*]31-60 Days
[*]61-90 Days
[*]Over 90 Days
[*]Amount Due
[/LIST]

We operate on much shorter timeframes than this. How do I change the Ageing to show the following periods:
[LIST]
[*]Current
[*]1-7 Days
[*]8-14 Days
[*]15-28 Days
[*]Over 28 Days
[*]Amount Due
[/LIST]
