Mass closing Return Authorizations

I would like to mass close 11000 return authorizations that are in various document statuses like pending receipt or pending refund.  First I attempted an import but document status wasn't an option and when I tried to use the item closed, that didn't work either but perhaps that is because I only provided the internal id of the return authorization. 

So then I decided I could just create a workflow to do this but the field Document Status wasn't an option. 

Any ideas out there on how I can get these 11000 records closed?
