Changing Tax and Accounting Periods

Due to internal company changes - we need to be able to change both the Accounting and Tax period for transactions within the last 3 weeks.

I've been able to do some of this via a CSV import (Cash Sales), but I am finding that most transactions don't have these fields exposed during an import.

Any suggestions?
