Does anyone know how to do rebates in Netsuite?
So a set amount is given to a customer after something is purchased. Could be done via coupon. They use the coupon and the amount comes off the next sale, but what if they don't use it all?
I don't want to put in credit memo's because then that would put liability on the account. I don't want them to show unless someone submits something and at that time the rebate is done.
Anyone have any kind of a program built for this? Thank you.
