Rasising Bills for Purchase of Assests

Hey All ,

We have a problem , Appreciate your valuable input on the below matter pls .

We have couple of accounts defined in the Chart of Accounts with the account type "Other Current Asset"

But  when we try to raise a Bill for Example purchase of a LCD MONITOR , the system does not show the particular account on the Bill Entry screen since its only loads "Expense Type" of accounts to the said screen .

Am in total confusion trying to figure out how this could be done .
